The sleeping arrangements ensure both privacy and comfort: the Master Suite boasts a King bed and a massive en suite bathroom with double sinks, a freestanding soaking tub, and a separate shower. Two additional rooms each feature King beds and share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom, while the fourth bedroom provides two Queen beds, making it an ideal space for children or friends.

Designed for entertainment and relaxation, the heart of the home is the ultimate game room, complete with a professional pool table, a Big Buck Hunter arcade game, and a large TV for movie nights. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring updated stainless steel appliances, a crockpot, a blender, and a large counter with bar stools. For winding down, the living room offers an oversized, comfortable sectional and an authentic wood stove to keep you cozy.

Outside, you can soak under the stars in the private hot tub or take in the majestic mountain vistas from a secluded lot where you may spot local wildlife like deer and elk. A large garage is also available, featuring a dedicated EV charger (adapter required).

Located in the heart of nature, you are only a 10-minute drive to the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, 25 minutes from Mueller State Park hiking trails, and 1.5 hours from world-class hiking near Pikes Peak. Please note that the property is accessed via a steep, winding mountain driveway; 4WD or AWD is highly recommended, especially in winter.

• Pets: Allowed with a $150 fee per pet. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding, must not be left unattended unless crated, and cannot be washed in the bathtub.
• House Rules: No smoking of any substance on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or unregistered guests allowed. Please admire wildlife from a distance and do not leave food or trash outside.
• Note: The terrain to the hot tub is slightly rocky; sandals or flip-flops are recommended.
