• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in or on the property at all times
• Open or wood-burning fires are forbidden outdoors per the Estes Valley Fire Protection District
• Pets are not allowed
• Parking is available in the large area at the front of the house on the west-facing side, off Courtney Lane
• The garage is restricted to washer and dryer access only
• Trash collection is Wednesday; please place the green bin at the edge of the driveway Tuesday night
• During winter, driveways are plowed for snow over 3 to 4 inches, and a shovel is provided for walkways
