Important Building Notice: From September 2026 through March 2027, the building is undergoing scheduled exterior maintenance, concrete repair, and painting. Work occurs Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Unit-specific exterior work is expected from November 13, 2026, through December 31, 2026, during which lanai access will be restricted and furniture will be removed. Guests may experience intermittent noise, vibration, or odors during these hours.
