Additional rules
1. No Pets: Pets are not permitted anywhere in the unit or on the property. (Service animals are accommodated in accordance with Airbnb policy.)
2. No Smoking / No Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the lanai/balcony, and in all building common areas. Any odor remediation, extra cleaning, or HOA fines will be charged to the guest.
3. Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily. No loud music, shouting, or disruptive noise during these hours.
4. Registered Guests Only: Only guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. No parties or events. Any gathering that disturbs neighbors or violates building rules is not allowed.
5. Respect the Property: Please treat the condo and building amenities with care. Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, lost keys or lockout requests, or excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover.
6. Trash & Recycling (Important Building Rules): To keep noise down, do not dispose of trash during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM). All trash must be bagged and tied, using bags 13 gallons or smaller. The trash room is located on each floor near the elevators. No bulky items are allowed in the trash rooms (suitcases, large packaging, oversized trash, etc.).
7. Parking & Vehicle Size: One assigned parking space is included (for registered guest use only). Vehicles larger than a standard-size minivan are not recommended due to garage clearance/space limitations. Please park only in the assigned stall to avoid towing or building fines.
8. Balcony / Lanai Safety: Do not lean, climb, or sit on balcony railings. Please keep balcony doors closed when AC is running.
9. Mail: No personal mail. Online orders or packages only, please ensure to include your unit number (#1511). Guest must ensure packages are received before their departure; host is not responsible for retrieving, storing, or forwarding packages.
10. Air Conditioning & Humidity: Due to Hawaii’s humid climate, please keep the air conditioning on during your stay to maintain a comfortable indoor environment. Set the temperature between 72–74°F with the fan on auto. Do not turn off the AC for extended periods, as this can cause excess humidity inside the unit. Please keep windows and balcony doors closed while the AC is running.
