The first-floor bedroom includes a full Murphy bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. This property requires a minimum 30-consecutive-day stay and rental prices will not be adjusted based on actual usage. The villa is strictly no-smoking with a $300 fine for violations. Pets are not permitted, with unauthorized pets subject to a $500-$1,000 fee and immediate removal. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed. Each booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection for peace of mind.
