Please note that as a second-floor villa, stairs are required for access.

• Monthly rentals only: 30-night minimum stay required. Rental prices are not prorated based on occupancy days.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• No Smoking: Any evidence of smoking in or around the property results in a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction.
• Pets: This property is NOT pet friendly. Unauthorized pets will be asked to be removed immediately and will incur a non-refundable fee between $500 and $1,000.
• Supplies: A starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags is provided; guests are responsible for replenishing these items.
• Damage Protection: Bookings include Rental Guardian Damage Protection in lieu of security deposits.
