Located in Building 1, you are in the closest building to town and just 50 yards from the 4 O'Clock Ski Run, with the convenience of the Christy Sports ski rental shop located right on the first floor during winter months.

This family-friendly retreat is designed for comfort and versatility, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 8. The layout includes a spacious loft that overlooks the living area, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. For your entertainment and comfort, the living room is equipped with a gas fireplace, a TV with a DVD player, and a selection of family board games. Each bedroom and the loft are also equipped with their own TVs.

While general amenities are limited in our records, this home is designed for convenience with room-specific highlights including a well-appointed kitchen for culinary masterpieces, an on-site washer/dryer, black-out curtains for restful sleep, and two private balconies. For the outdoor enthusiast, the unit includes a private ski locker and a boot dryer. Guests can also enjoy community features such as a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with multiple gas grills, and a fitness center. Please note that guests have access to an off-site pool, though its availability is subject to external management and operating hours.

Location and accessibility are key; however, please be aware that this unit is on the third floor and requires climbing 32 stairs, as there are no elevators on the property.
