The residence features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The main bedroom is a sanctuary featuring a king bed, a TV, and private balcony access with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and a twin bed, served by an additional full bathroom. For extra flexibility, a sofa bed is located in the living area.

The interior is designed for relaxation and togetherness, featuring a living area with exposed wooden beams on the ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace that enhances the mountain lodge ambiance. A private balcony is accessible from both the main bedroom and the living room. The home includes a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area that seats six. For entertainment, the condo is equipped with three TVs and three DVD players.

Located just one block from the lifts, the property provides easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding. During winter, guests can explore the diverse slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort, from beginner-friendly Spur Run to expert-level Kuus' Cruise.
