About Property

Discover the magic of Florida at 'The Windsor Wonder', a luxury villa in Kissimmee designed for the ultimate family retreat. This bright and sunny home offers an unparalleled location, situated just 2.5 miles from the main Disney gates, making it the closest resort that is not an actual Disney hotel.

This spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 10 guests. Every bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy, featuring its own private en-suite bathroom and a dedicated SMART television. The layout includes a King Suite with a private entrance to the pool and a walk-in shower, a second King Suite, a Queen Suite, and a themed Toy Story Suite equipped with full-size mattresses.

One of the most important features of this home is the true south-facing private pool and hot tub. Unlike many other properties in the area, this home has no rear neighbors, ensuring maximum sunlight all day and a relaxing atmosphere without other pools just feet away. The outdoor space is further enhanced by Polywood sun loungers, Adirondack chairs outside the master suite, and an outdoor dining area that seats eight.

Inside, the home has been recently remodeled with brand-new flooring, mattresses, and appliances. The living area is anchored by a custom designer fireplace, while the kitchen boasts a breakfast bar for four and a breakfast nook for six. For entertainment, the air-conditioned game room is a highlight, featuring an Xbox 1S, PlayStation 4, air hockey, a basketball game, and professional arcade machines with classics like PacMan, Frogger, and Galaga.
