Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm. No parties or events allowed NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire' includes the lighting of candles incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. If oil spills from vehicles are found in driveway or garage, a $150 cleaning fee will be assessed. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon check-out time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them. Housekeeping is required and provided every 30 days for an additional charge on all stays over 30 days. Supervision/Liability: If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur. Please note that vehicles with a company logo on them can only be parked in the driveway for 90 minutes at a time; otherwise, they must be pulled into the garage. This is per the HOA rules, and will result in fines.
