The home is configured to accommodate up to 15 guests across four beautiful and unique bedrooms, each paying homage to Southern Utah favorites. Three of the bedrooms are luxurious King suites, featuring stunning details such as a red rock mural, a Southern Utah sunset accent, and a jaw-dropping geometric mountain-inspired accent wall. Each King room is completed with its own ensuite bathroom and a convenient walk-in closet. For those seeking adventure, the bunk room is a standout feature, boasting three queen beds on the bottom and twins on top, accessible via a rock wall and net rope bridge. This playful space also includes bean bags and a foosball table for entertainment.

The heart of the home is an open living space and a bright, entertainment kitchen that is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Outside, the back patio provides a perfect setting for outdoor dining with a propane grill. Guests can enjoy a private pool, with lifejackets and toys provided. For a higher perspective, the rooftop balcony offers stunning views, a private seating area centered around a gas fireplace, and a private hot tub.

Located in Hurricane, this property is situated near the Retreat and the separate Tava community. Please note that Tava is not open to the public, and its specific pool amenities are reserved for that community.
