Outside, the west-facing private pool area is an ideal spot to soak in the sun. The golf course is private property; unauthorized access is considered trespassing and subject to hefty fines. A refundable security deposit is required prior to stay, and long-term rentals require a signed California lease with utility caps. Unauthorized guests are subject to a $200 fine per person.
