Designed for a small group, this single-level chalet accommodates up to 3 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two comfortable bedrooms: one featuring a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds, all served by one full hallway bathroom. Fresh linens, blankets, and pillows are prepared for your arrival to ensure a relaxing stay.

Inside, you will find a warm and inviting living space filled with classic mountain character, boasting beamed knotty pine ceilings and wood accents. • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 pets are welcome with an additional fee of $35 per pet nightly plus tax. Dogs must be registered and cannot be left unattended.
• Rules: Reservation holder must be 21+. A signed Rental Agreement and Good Neighbor Policy are required. No smoking, no parties, no loud music, and no street parking are permitted.
• Winter Note: California law requires snow chains from November through April. Guests may be responsible for shoveling snow from walkways during storm events.
