No pets, parties, or indoor smoking. Heavy drinking, music, partying etc is not permitted. We do not allow fires of any kind, even in the fireplace, sorry. We ask that guests take shoes off to keep the floors and carpets clean for everyone. Feel free to use everything in kitchen and place in dishwasher once you are finished to avoid bugs coming in for a bite to eat. A maximum of 8 people should be on the property at any time and only confirmed guests after 8pm. Guests with long term bookings over 30 days must message before booking to confirm pricing and availability.

Since the house is from 1945 EV charging is a bit slow and will not work while doing laundry or running the AC.

Flexible checkin allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30am when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing same day bag drop is fine but the maid will need time to clean before checkin.

All noise must subside at 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. You may be subject to CITY FINE if police are called. If there is a complaint regarding noise from a neighbor, we reserve the right to evict you without refund including your security deposit. If you smoke, keep it outside and please pick up your butts. Due to our vibrant location and proximity to the beach scuffs scratches and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest.

Occupants or guests' personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by Owner. Owner does not insure against personal injury to occupant/guests. Occupant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless owner from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to occupant, occupant's guests or their personal property. All reservations at this listing fall under California Civil Code 1865 (2017) which gives manager, landlord, and cleaning service ("Inkeeper") rights to enter the property and remove all guests and belongings after 11am on checkout date.

By accepting this reservation, all guests agree to all of these provisions.
