Practical Information: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. This is a professional, full-time vacation rental, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay with empty closets and cabinets for your convenience. Pets are welcome. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited. The shared jacuzzi is available for use between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. While the gas BBQ is available for guest use, please provide your own propane and clean the area after use. Initial consumable supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent) are provided for the first few days; guests are responsible for replacements thereafter. For security, a single camera is located outside the unit to monitor the yard and jacuzzi maintenance.
