To maintain the serenity of this peaceful neighborhood, please note that parties and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited, and excessive outdoor noise is strictly enforced after 10 PM. The building is accessible by stairs only as there is no elevator. We maintain a no-pets policy, though trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in and undergo ID verification. We also kindly ask guests to be environmentally conscious by turning off electronics when not in use and disposing of trash in the appropriate bins.
