Up to two well-behaved, potty-trained adult dogs are welcome, though cats are not permitted.

Parking guests should note the driveway accommodates two cars, but oversized vehicles that extend over the sidewalk may be ticketed by the city. Street parking is prohibited from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM without a homeowner permit, though free street parking is available one to two blocks away.
