With 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, the home can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The bedrooms include a queen-size bed in the first two rooms, and a full bed plus twin bed in the third. There is also a couch in the common area.

Guests have access to all areas of the home except the cleaner's closet and the backyard, which is not an amenity. Pets are allowed with a $150 fee per pet per stay. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

For stays of 29 nights or more, guests will need to sign a rental agreement and undergo a background and credit check. Mid-stay cleaning is offered at the same rate as the initial cleaning fee. Lost and found items can be shipped back with a $50 convenience fee plus shipping costs.
