On the main level, the first bedroom features an XL twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle and an attached bathroom. The upper level houses the primary bedroom with a queen bed and a stored twin rollaway, as well as a third bedroom with a queen bed; both upper rooms enjoy the convenience of ensuite bathrooms. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player for personalized entertainment.

Inside, the living area invites you to relax by the fireplace or lounge on the sectional seating. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with black and stainless steel appliances and includes a dining table that seats six, making it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. Step outside to the sunny private balcony to take in serene pine and mountain views, or unwind in the private outdoor hot tub after a day of exploration.

Practical details include a private two-car garage and provided parking passes. Please note that interior stairs are required to navigate the home. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the quality of the home, smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside, parties and events are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Please be aware that guests under 18, as well as those who are pregnant or have heart conditions, are not permitted to use the hot tub. Due to the mountain location, WiFi and cellular service may vary in reliability.
