The residence features 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, while the loft area provides a queen bed for additional guests. Please note that stairs are required to access the loft sleeping area. Two full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations ensure convenience for everyone.

Inside, you will find flexible living spaces tailored for relaxation and productivity. The living room is centered around a wood-burning fireplace and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. For those working remotely, the loft lounge includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk and computer monitor, alongside another Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen comes with standard appliances, cookware, bakeware, and glassware, allowing you to prepare meals at home (please note that salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided).

Guests have access to a variety of community amenities managed by the Krystal Villa East HOA, including a seasonal pool, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ grills. Additionally, guests enjoy an exclusive 20% discount on Black Tie Ski & Bike Rentals.

Practical information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis; parking passes must be displayed. Coin-operated laundry is available on-site. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property, and parties or events are not allowed. Guests are asked to turn down heat to 55 degrees in winter, lock all windows and doors in summer, and ensure all trash is disposed of in community dumpsters. Extra cleaning fees start at $50 for dirty dishes or excessive mess.
