The sleeping arrangements consist of 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. On the main level, you will find a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom, and a room with two Double beds. The downstairs level features three additional bedrooms, each equipped with a King bed. The four bathrooms offer a variety of options, including a jetted tub and shower, a combo tub shower, and individual showers.

This home is packed with features for relaxation and entertainment. The main level's great room serves as the heart of the house, featuring a pool table and a cozy indoor fireplace for chilly evenings. The full kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and essential small appliances. For outdoor enjoyment, the upstairs deck boasts a barbecue grill and a hot tub with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, a dry sauna is located downstairs, perfect for warming up after a day of adventure.

House rules strictly prohibit pets, smoking inside, and parties or gatherings. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM.
