Designed for comfort and group gatherings, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to maximize space: the main floor houses two bedrooms, each featuring a King bed, while the upstairs primary suite offers a third King bed and an attached bathroom. For additional guests, the loft provides a versatile space with 2 Twin beds and 2 mattress pull-outs for the floor, totaling 4 Twin sleeping spots. A full bathroom and laundry facilities are conveniently located on the main level.

Inside, you will find a spacious great room centered around a wood-burning stove, perfect for staying cozy warm on chilly winter evenings, supplemented by forced air heat. The layout includes a fully stocked kitchen for whipping up hearty mountain meals and a loft with plenty of room for movie or game nights. Step outside to the large deck, which is perfect for entertaining and BBQing after a full day of exploring the Sierra mountains.

Located near the beauty of the Sierras, the lodge is close to Blue Lake Springs recreation center, Lodge Lake, and Fly-In Lake. Guests are conveniently positioned to enjoy the area's best attractions, including Bear Valley Ski Resort, Big Trees State Park, the Arnold Rim Trail for hiking, kayaking on Lake Alpine, and the shopping and wine-tasting found in the quaint town of Murphys.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that smoking is prohibited and check-ins are not available on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or Easter Sunday. Guest access to Snowflake Recreation Center, Lodge Lake, and Fly-In Lake is provided, though additional fees apply. Patio furniture is available seasonally.
