Guest Requirements & NW Comfy Cabins Policies:
Age Requirement
The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book and occupy the home, unless prior written approval is granted by NW Comfy Cabins management. Guests under the age of 25 may be permitted to stay with prior management authorization.
Additional Rental Agreement Required
NW Comfy Cabins is the professional management company for this short-term rental. In accordance with Chelan County permitting requirements, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement outside of the Airbnb platform.
Day visitors must be approved in advance and are subject to county-mandated occupancy limits.
No Smoking Policy
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is not permitted inside the home.
Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance
NW Comfy Cabins adheres strictly to Airbnb’s cancellation policy and cannot offer refunds outside of those terms, including for circumstances beyond our control.
For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through Airbnb at the time of booking to help protect your travel investment.
Guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance remain subject to the standard cancellation policy, and refunds cannot be issued outside of those terms.
For added convenience, guests may contact the host to inquire about adding travel insurance to their reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival. Please feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help ensure peace of mind for your stay.
Winter Travel – Guests Arriving by Air
For winter travel, guests who prefer to avoid mountain pass driving may consider flying into Pangborn Memorial Airport (Wenatchee), which typically offers the most direct and accessible route during winter conditions.
Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) is another option; however, travel from SeaTac requires driving over I-90 and Blewett Pass, where snow and winter driving conditions should be expected.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for winter travel to help protect against weather-related delays or closures.
General Pet Policy
Housebroken dogs are welcome where permitted/Must adhere to Petiquette Guidelines Below:
Pet fee: $115 for up to two dogs
Additional dogs may be considered with prior approval and an additional fee.
Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning related to pets, including accidents, excessive shedding, or furniture use
If you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us in advance so housekeeping procedures can be adjusted accordingly. If a service animal was added as a pet during booking, we will revise the pet fee to comply with our service animal policy.
Service Animals (Non-Pet-Friendly Homes)
Guests traveling with a service animal to a property not designated as pet-friendly must notify us in advance so our housekeeping team can prepare appropriately.
Noise & Conduct
This home is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. Parties, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
If any member of your group anticipates activities that may disturb neighbors (such as loud music, gatherings, or late-night noise), we kindly ask that you consider an alternate property better suited to those plans.
Occupancy & Parking Limits
All vacation rentals in Chelan County are subject to strict occupancy and parking limits as outlined in county permits and property listings. These limits must be followed at all times and cannot be exceeded—even if a home appears to accommodate additional guests.
With over 60 vacation rentals in our portfolio, each offering different occupancy options, we’re happy to help you find the perfect property to meet your group’s needs.
