On the opposite side of the home, you will find a guest suite with a private bath, an additional bedroom, and a dedicated office featuring a desk with scenic views and a full-sized sofa sleeper.

For those who love to entertain, the expansive and fully-stocked chef's kitchen is a standout feature. It is equipped with a professional stove, chef's grade ventilation, a walk-in pantry, and an oversized island. The kitchen and dining areas flow seamlessly into the great room, ensuring the cook remains part of the conversation. After a day of exploration, head out to the spacious patio to enjoy a beautiful sunset around the fire pit.

As a guest, you will have access to the extraordinary 17,000 sq. ft. Athletic Center. This facility includes two seasonal outdoor pools, a waterslide, a lazy river, a year-round indoor lap pool, and an indoor tot's pool. You can also enjoy outdoor hot tubs, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a yoga studio, tennis courts, pickleball, a half-basketball court, and the amazing Hideout arcade and climbing wall. Please note that bikes are available for rent at the Athletic Center, while golf, equestrian services, and Spa Brasada are available for additional charges. Access to the Cascade Pool (adults-only) and Ranch Rovers is not included.

Resort Fees & Policies: There is a non-negotiable per night, per person Brasada Ranch Resort charge for all guests six years and older, plus a 3.5% payment processing charge. Seasonal rates apply: $36 (1/1 - 5/12), $68 (5/13 - 9/30), and $40 (10/1 - 12/31). These fees must be collected 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure access to resort facilities. Please note that Ramona Rentals LLC cannot offer a full refund (defined as 96.5% of the amount) for cancellations within 30 days, though rescheduling may be available.
