Designed for families and groups, the home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include three spacious King master suites (one on the ground floor and two on the second floor), a fourth bedroom with a Full bed in the play area, and a fifth bedroom featuring a Twin/Full bunk, all located on the second floor.

Inside, you will find a luxury kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and elegant granite countertops, including a large island and breakfast bar. The open-planned living area includes a dining space that seats twelve, with two large doors opening to a spacious pool deck. For outdoor relaxation, the large 22ft x 17ft pool and spillover spa back onto the conservation and golf course, complemented by sun loungers and al-fresco dining for six.

Entertainment is abundant with an amazing Harry Potter themed games and theater room, complete with air conditioning, an air hockey table, and a multi-arcade game machine. Upstairs, a second living area with beautiful wooden flooring provides a TV and seating for four, alongside a convenient laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities.

Please note a maximum of 6 cars is permitted per address. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee and a one-time departure cleaning fee apply. A signed rental agreement and full guest list are required upon booking.
