• Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Guests are responsible for cleaning their own dishes to avoid a $45 fee
• Basic essentials are provided to start; guests are asked to replenish their own supplies
• Only registered guests are allowed on the premises; unregistered guests incur a $45/night charge
• No additional electronic appliances or standalone heaters/AC units are permitted
• Please turn off heating, AC, and close all doors when leaving
• Missing keys will be charged at $65 per key
