1. We provide only some basic essentials to get you started, we ask guests to please replenish your own supplies.

2. Shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the home. No food is allowed inside your bedroom.

3. You must clean your own dishes, otherwise a $45 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.

4. Please keep any house plants (part of furnishing) hydrated or you can have us water them at a regular interval.

5. Please register extra guests with us. Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A $45/night/guest charge will be added for every extra guest.

6. Guests call/pay locksmith service if locked out (we do not keep room keys for your security). Missing key at check out will be charged at $65/key.

7. No smoking of any kind, no pets of any kinds are allowed on premise. Smoke/Oder Restoration service charge is required if violation is found.

8. Please turn off the AC or heating, and all doors when you’re away.

9. No additional electronic appliances are allowed (other than phones and laptops). No standalone heaters/AC units are allowed, any significant cost increase to the circuit load and utilities cost, will be assessed to the guests plus administrative fees.

10. No parties or events. Quiet hours: 9pm to 7am.

11. We do not provide post office mail service nor take any responsibility of missing packages/mail if guests make private arrangement for delivery of any kind.

12. $85 dispatch charge per incident for any special service.

13. No personal items are allowed in any common/shared space (if applies).

14. Garbage/recycles bins are on the street level. Please timely take out garbage for timely collection. If you stay in a condo unit, your bins are in or near the building, please ask.

15. Any damages during the stay will be assessed by our third party professional turnover/cleaning team to your booking channel. Charges apply.

•$65 fine per incident to the guest leaving personal items in the common area, or incurring needs for cleaning in the common area.
