Designed to accommodate up to 5 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom. This configuration provides ample space for groups or families to relax and recharge during their Pacific Northwest adventure.

To ensure a seamless and respectful stay for all, we have established a few practical house guidelines. Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is scheduled for 10:00 AM. We provide basic essentials to get your stay started, and we kindly ask that guests replenish their own supplies as needed. To maintain the pristine condition of the home, shoes are not permitted inside, and food is not allowed within the bedrooms. Guests are also asked to clean their own dishes to avoid a $45 cleaning fee.

Our home is a sanctuary for relaxation; therefore, no smoking, pets, parties, or events are allowed on the premises. We observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect the neighborhood. For safety and utility management, please ensure that AC or heating is turned off and all doors are secure when you are away. Additionally, only phones and laptops are permitted as electronic appliances; standalone heaters or AC units are strictly prohibited.

Please note that only guests included in the original booking are allowed on the premises, and any additional visitors must be registered to avoid a $45 per night per guest charge. For your security, we do not hold duplicate room keys; guests are responsible for locksmith services if locked out, and missing keys will incur a $65 fee. Finally, we ask that you help us keep our greenery thriving by keeping house plants hydrated during your visit.
