While the property focuses on providing a clean and streamlined experience, guests should be aware of the specific house guidelines designed to maintain the home's character. Please note that this property is not suitable for individuals 18 years old or under. To preserve the environment for all, smoking of any kind and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises; violations will result in a smoke or odor restoration service charge. Additionally, parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours are strictly observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Practical guidelines for your stay include a no-shoes policy inside the home and a restriction on food within the bedrooms. Guests are asked to replenish their own basic essential supplies after the initial starter set is used. To keep the space pristine, please clean your own dishes to avoid a $45 cleaning fee. For those with a green thumb, we ask that you keep the house plants hydrated, or simply notify us to water them at regular intervals.

Regarding utilities and security, please ensure AC, heating, and doors are turned off when leaving. To protect the electrical circuit, only phones and laptops are permitted; standalone heaters or AC units are prohibited. For security, we do not keep duplicate room keys; therefore, guests are responsible for locksmith costs if locked out, and missing keys at checkout will incur a $65 charge.

Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please register all guests in advance, as only those noted in the booking are allowed on the premises; unauthorized guests will result in a $45 per night per guest charge.
