Check in is between 4:00PM and 9:00PM The property may not be occupied by more people than we have specified in our agreement. Pacific Grove Ordnance requires we collect a Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10% of rents for Rentals shorter than 30 Days. Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival. Stays of over 28 days are required to pay Gas, Power and Water utilities. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted in the premises. No exceptions. The use of illegal drugs is not permitted on the property. The possession or use of firearms is not allowed on the property. Local noise ordinance determines quiet time be observed between the hours of 9:00PM and 8:00AM. Please be advised that this property has not been modified for wheelchair/handicapped access. If during your stay something should get damaged or broken, we ask you notify us immediately so that it can be repaired or replaced at our earliest possible time. Tenant and Guests will hold the owners and agents harmless and free and clear of any liability or responsibility arising from occupancy of house and surrounding property, or damage to self, guests, or property resulting from conduct of tenant and/or their guests. This shall include the use of any equipment on the property or any activity that takes place on the property. We expect our guests to respect the natural quiet and ecology of our neighborhood and forest, and we ask that you, and your guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or interfere with our human or animal neighbors. The House is not a “Party House” for entertaining beyond your group. Using the premises for entertaining beyond this agreement without a separate special event agreement / fee is a breach of contract and can allow owners to request guests’ departure before their contracted departure date without refund. Check out routine: We ask that you kindly observe our 10:00 AM check out times and participate with us to help keep our cleaning fees to a minimum. Our regular housekeeping fee is predetermined for average cleaning time. If the house requires more time than average cleaning after your stay, we will charge back the extra cleaning costs from security deposit. Before checking out, please load dishwasher with all your used dishes and run it before you leave. Please clean all pots and pans and put them away before you leave. Kindly remove trash from the house and place in garbage cans outside the house. Please turn off heaters and lights when you leave the house. Please leave keys on the welcome tray.
