Designed for ease and enjoyment, the home includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, a French press, and a Keurig coffee maker with a milk frother. Guests can enjoy meals in the dedicated dining room or relax on the private deck with comfortable outdoor furniture. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $35 per night per pet; however, pets must be kept off all furniture, linens, beds, pillows, and towels, and should never be left unattended. House rules are strictly enforced: no smoking or vaping inside or out, no parties, no shoes indoors, and quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. A $500 fine applies per violation. Please note that stays longer than 29 days require tenant screening, lease signing, a security deposit, and a double cleaning fee.
