PLEASE RESPECT QUIET HOURS: 10PM - 8AM DAILY Neighborhood enforced quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM. No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises allowed during quiet hours. This home is in a residential building. Please be respectful of the other residents, who are your neighbors, at all times.

NO SMOKING No smoking of any substance is allowed at any time on the property or within 20 feet from any windows or doors. All windows and/or doors must be closed when smoking nearby the unit. A $250 smoke remediation fee or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher, will be assessed.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent. Any approved visitors must vacate the property by 10 PM each day. Visitors present between 10 PM - 6 AM will be counted as overnight guests and charged accordingly: Disclosed Guests (Prior Notice Given): $15/Night/Guest over 2 years old Undisclosed Guests: $40/Night/Guest over 2 years old

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Unauthorized parties and/or events will be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

4 GUESTS MAXIMUM The maximum number of occupants in the unit is 4 guests at all times.

NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES Please do not tamper with any security devices on the premises (inside or out). Doing so, can result in termination of your reservation and/or a fine of at least $100 or the cost of remediation. This includes, but is not limited to, covering any cameras and tampering with devices in unit (i.e. smoke detector, security panel, water sensor, etc.).

PLEASE CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ON TIME CHECK-IN anytime after 4 pm, unless discussed with the host in advance. CHECKOUT is before 11 am, unless discussed with the host in advance.

NO SHARING OF DOOR CODES AND/OR BUILDING FOBS/PARKING PASSES WITH UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Sharing of door codes and/or building fobs without prior authorization from our team is grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

NO VISITING ANIMALS No unregistered animals will be allowed on the property at any time.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR PROPERTY If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE FURNITURE AND/OR ITEMS FROM WITHIN THE UNIT. Items that are missing and/or found to be intentionally damaged will result in a corresponding replacement fee.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, ILLNESS, OR LOSS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND/OR VALUABLES THAT OCCUR WHILE ON THE PREMISES.
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Any items left behind that you wish to be returned to you will be subject to shipping, packaging, and handling accordingly. Items will be kept for 5-days, after which time they will be donated at management discretion.

MAIL SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE. PACKAGES ARE OK. Packages can be received directly at the unit. For traditional mail delivery, we suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox. A list of nearby options is available upon request.

LOST OR NON-RETURN OF BUILDING FOB = $250/FOB

LOST OR NON-RETURN OF GARAGE REMOTE = $300/REMOTE

LOST OR NON-RETURN OF PARKING PASS = $100

PETS WILL NEED TO BE ADDED AS AN EXTRA GUEST ON THE RESERVATION= $10/NIGHT
