The sleeping arrangements are designed for both comfort and privacy, including the "Toy Story" room with bunk beds and a full bed, a "Harry Potter" room tailored for younger guests, and the luxurious "DS Master" suite featuring its own ensuite bathroom. Each room provides a unique experience with cozy beds and ample storage space.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living and dining area, anchored by a spacious kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Pet-friendly (One house-trained dog allowed with prior written host approval; pet fee and up to $150 security deposit apply)
• Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed in front of the townhouse (first come, first serve)
• Policies: No smoking or drugs anywhere on the property; no fireworks; no firearms unless locked in a vehicle
• Requirements: Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay; no third-party bookings
• Damage Protection: Required for all stays. 1-night stays require a $500 refundable deposit. Stays of 2+ nights may choose between a $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable waiver of $20/night (capped at $100)
• Fees: Pool/spa heating is available for $35 per day (one week's notice required); late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300
• Note: This is a self-catering home; initial supplies are provided, but refills are not included during the stay
