The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom also featuring a king-size bed, and a full-size pull-out sofa bed located in the living area.

Located right on the Promenade, the property is a haven for explorers. You are just a 5-minute walk from the dining and shopping of Broadway Street and the Seaside Carousel. The Seaside Aquarium, Convention Center, and the Lewis and Clark Salt Works are all within a short stroll, while the end of the Lewis and Clark Trail is just 4 minutes away. For those venturing further, Cannon Beach is only 9 miles away.

• Minimum booking age: 21
• Pets: Not permitted ($500 fine for unauthorized pets)
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside and on the property ($250 fine)
• Commercial activity/filming: Not permitted
• Parking: Limited availability; from June 1, 2026, to January 15, 2027, only one parking pass is issued per reservation. Most guests park in the lot across from the resort.

Please be advised that Sand & Sea Condos are undergoing exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may encounter daytime construction noise and visible activity. During this period, early check-ins and late check-outs are unavailable, and weekday entry via the front entrance is restricted until 4 PM.
