For additional flexibility, the living area features a queen-size pull-down murphy bed. Each bedroom is appointed with a 42-inch TV for your entertainment.

The interior boasts a spacious living area with plush seating and floor-to-ceiling windows that invite in the ocean breeze and provide panoramic balcony views. A cozy glow fireplace adds ambiance to the room. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For added convenience, the unit includes a private washer and dryer and a hall-accessible second bathroom.

Important Notice: The building is undergoing essential exterior structural repairs from January through October, with anticipated completion by 1/31/27. Guests may experience visible construction and noise during the daytime. Regarding parking, covered garage parking is reserved for valid handicap placards; all other guests must use the designated lot across from Sand & Sea. From June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation.
