• Pets: One dog allowed with a $100 fee (No cats)
• Parking: Guests park in the lot across from Sand & Sea; one pass issued per reservation starting June 1, 2026. Covered garage parking is reserved for valid handicap placards.
• Rules: No smoking permitted on property ($250 fine). No AC (ocean breeze and fans available). Guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a guardian. No commercial filming.

Building Notice: Please be aware that the property is undergoing essential exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience visible construction activity and daytime noise. Due to these updates, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available, and front entrance access on weekdays is restricted until 4 PM.
