Perfectly positioned right on the Promenade, this inviting haven offers stunning ocean, cape, and mountain views that create an unforgettable backdrop for your getaway.

This cozy retreat is designed for up to 4 guests, featuring a layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite is a true highlight, boasting luxurious furnishings and breathtaking ocean views. Guests will appreciate the two modern bathrooms, including a master bath equipped with a luxurious bathtub for ultimate relaxation. The home's open-concept living and kitchen areas are flooded with light through large windows, and the cozy living room features a gas fireplace and TV for relaxing nights in. For those who love the outdoors, a private balcony provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

While the property is steps away from the beach, it also offers a variety of internal comforts and building features:

Located in a vibrant seaside town, you are just a short stroll from the oceanfront promenade, local shops, dining, and attractions on Broadway Ave and downtown Seaside. While the location is incredibly walkable, a car is recommended for exploring other nearby coastal destinations.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The front desk is staffed from 9 am to 10 pm; please reach out in advance if arriving after 10 pm. Please be aware that the Sand & Sea Condos are undergoing essential exterior structural repairs from January through October, with completion anticipated by 1/31/27 (pausing from 7/1/26–9/8/26), which may result in daytime noise and visible construction.

House Rules:

• No pets allowed (unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine)
• No smoking permitted anywhere on the property, including vaping and cannabis ($250 fine for violations)
• Minimum booking age is 21, with exceptions for families
• No commercial activity or filming permitted
• A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage

Parking Note: From June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass is issued per reservation. Covered garage parking is reserved for valid handicap placards; all other guests must park in the lot across from the resort after using the loading zone for arrival.
