Located in a prime area of Seaside, you can step out the resort's front door to stroll the ocean front promenade or walk to local shops, dining, and sunbathing spots. While a car is recommended for exploring the wider Oregon coast, the central location makes it easy to explore Broadway Ave and downtown on foot.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Front Desk staffed 9 am - 10 pm; please coordinate for late arrivals)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum booking age: 21 years old
• Pets: Not permitted (unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine)
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property, including vaping and cannabis ($250 fine for violations)
• Parking: One parking pass issued per reservation from June 1st through September 8th, 2026. Guests must park in the lot across from Sand & Sea, except for those with a valid handicap placard who may use the covered garage.
• Restrictions: Commercial activity and filming are not permitted.
• Building Notice: Essential exterior structural repairs are occurring January through October, with completion anticipated by 1/31/27 (pausing 7/1/26–9/8/26). Guests may experience daytime noise and visible construction.
