While the property does not have AC, portable fans are available upon request at the front desk. For added convenience, the resort provides a front desk staffed from 9 am to 10 pm and professional, responsive support via Cascadia Getaways.

Location & Neighborhood Perfectly positioned for exploration, you can step out the front door to stroll the oceanfront promenade or the beach. The property is a 5-minute walk (0.2 miles) from the dining, shopping, and entertainment of Broadway Street and the Seaside Carousel. Other nearby attractions include the Seaside Aquarium (0.4 miles), the Seaside Convention Center (0.4 miles), and the Lewis & Clark Salt Works (0.5 miles). The end of the Lewis & Clark Trail is just a 4-minute stroll down the Promenade. For those venturing further, Cannon Beach is 9 miles away, while Astoria is 17 miles away.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property; violations result in a $250 fine. This home is not pet friendly, and unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine. Commercial activity and filming are not permitted.

Important Construction Notice: The Sand & Sea is undergoing essential exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027, with a pause from 7/1/26 to 9/8/26. Guests may experience daytime noise and visible activity. Due to this, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available. From June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation. Covered garage parking is reserved for those with valid handicap placards; all other guests must park in the lot across from the building.
