• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit or anywhere on the property (including vaping and cannabis), with a $250 fine for violations
• Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine
• Commercial activity, including filming, is not permitted

Important Building Notice: The Sand & Sea is undergoing essential exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience visible construction activity and daytime noise. Consequently, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available. From June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation. All guests (except those with valid handicap placards) must park in the designated lot across from the building.
