Welcome to your Encore Resort retreat in Kissimmee! This spacious villa is designed for families and large groups seeking comfort and fun, located just 6 miles from Walt Disney World. It serves as the perfect base for your vacation, offering easy access to Orlando's theme parks, golf, shopping, and dining.

This expansive home features a generous layout with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, accommodating up to 24 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and internal access to the hallway bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a king bed featuring an en suite with a shower and bathtub and direct pool access. The second floor is a haven for children and adults alike, featuring themed bedrooms including Avengers, Minions, Frozen, and Mickey. The sleeping arrangements upstairs include four bedrooms with king beds—three of which are en suite—and three bedrooms featuring two full beds each, with two of these also being en suite. In total, the home provides 6 en-suite bathrooms and 2 hallway bathrooms to ensure convenience for every guest.

The interior boasts an open-concept living area with cozy lounges, a large dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. To enhance your stay, the villa includes room-specific details such as cable TV in all bedrooms and two laundry rooms equipped with a washer, dryer, and iron. For security and ease of access, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell and secure keypad entry.

Location & Neighborhood The property is situated within the Encore Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. Guests can take advantage of various resort facilities, including an on-site restaurant, a mini market, and a basketball court. Please note that while these facilities are available, access to the water park is not included.
