Discover your ultimate coastal basecamp at Bron's Beach Shack, a charming retreat located within The Commons at Seashell in the heart of Port Aransas, Texas. This inviting cottage is perfectly positioned just four blocks from the sandy shores, local shops, and vibrant nightlife, offering a seamless blend of relaxation and adventure.

Designed for groups and families, this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to maximize space: the master bedroom offers a queen bed with gray quilted bedding, a second bedroom provides another queen bed with blue seashell linens, and a dedicated bunk room features a full-over-full bunk bed, making it ideal for children. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Inside, the home exudes a warm, laid-back vibe with cozy knotty pine walls and concrete floors. The open-concept main level is anchored by a living area with blue wingback chairs and a large smart TV, flowing effortlessly into a dining space featuring a blue-top farmhouse table. The fully equipped kitchen is designed with white cabinetry, open shelving with seahorse décor, and a whimsical "Ocean Is Calling" sign. Both bathrooms are updated with modern walk-in or tub/shower combos highlighted by gold tile accents.

Step outside to experience the colorful atmosphere of The Commons community. Guests have access to a large community pool surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a covered pavilion with turquoise picnic tables and charcoal grills, and relaxing hammocks. For convenience, an outdoor shower is available for a quick post-beach rinse.

Port Aransas is a beloved beach town where the laid-back island lifestyle takes center stage. From the Horace Caldwell Pier and Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center to dolphin watching excursions and the historic Lydia Ann Lighthouse, there is no shortage of exploration. Exploring the town via golf cart is a local favorite for visiting the nearby seafood restaurants and boutiques.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property. Guests must be at least 25 years old to hold the reservation and are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration. Dogs are welcome (up to 2 dogs, maximum 50lbs each) with a $150 fee per pet per stay. Please note that noise monitoring devices are installed to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
