The sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort, including a downstairs King Master and two upstairs King Masters, alongside a fourth bedroom with a Queen bed featuring beautiful double glass doors and blackout curtains. The primary downstairs suite is a grand en-suite with access to the courtyard patio, offering two separate vanities, a bathtub, a large walk-in shower, and expansive California closets. Another King master provides a rain shower-only bathroom and bench seating with a courtyard view, while the third King en-suite includes a mounted flat-screen TV.

Designed for entertainment and relaxation, the living area boasts reclining sofas and a 60" flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large fridge. Dining options are plentiful, with a formal area for 8, a kitchen table for 6, and a bar seating 5, perfectly positioned next to the pool table.
