Access to the "Island" at the end of Booneville Rd. is prohibited unless approved by owner as part of a longer term lease.

The garage and the owner closet in the upstairs primary bedroom and the hutch in the kitchen area remain locked, and are not to be accessed.
Check-Out Check List
Dishes, pots, pans, glasses, etc., are to be collected, rinsed, and placed in dishwasher. Run the dishwasher prior to departure.
All linens are to be placed a pile in front of the washing machine prior to departure.
All windows and doors are to be closed tightly and locked prior to departure.
All radios, stereos, TV’s, fans, and lighting, etc., are to be turned off, prior to departure.
A/C settings are to be set on the 78-degree setting. Turn off the wall unit in downstairs Bunk Room.
Refrigerators, freezers, pantry, and countertops, etc., are to be emptied of all grocery items, and left as found upon arrival (please do not leave any food items, except the condiments/spices found upon arrival, as the next rental party will require these spices for their grocery items).
All furniture including outdoor grill and chairs need to be placed as found upon arrival.
Collect all personal items. Any personal items left upon departure will be considered discarded, and will be treated as collected trash items.
A photographic inventory will be taken immediately following departure, and if any items are found to be missing, damaged, etc., a claim will be made trough Airbnb.
