About Property

Discover the magic of Kissimmee at The Windsor Dream, a luxury villa designed for the ultimate family retreat. Perfectly situated as one of the closest resorts to Disney that is not an actual Disney hotel, this home puts you just 2.5 miles from the main gates, meaning you can arrive at Animal Kingdom in approximately 6 minutes.

This expansive home features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Every bedroom is a private sanctuary with its own en-suite bathroom, flat-panel television, and DVD player. The layout includes a first-floor master king suite with a large walk-in shower and a 50" TV, a second-floor king master suite, and a first-floor queen suite. For the children, there is a first-floor Minions-themed twin suite and a second-floor Avengers-themed twin suite, both featuring pullout trundle beds and custom murals.

One of the most extraordinary features of this property is the true south-facing private pool and hot tub. Positioned on a corner lot with no rear neighbors, the pool area receives maximum sun all day, providing a level of privacy and relaxation rarely found in the development. Inside, the home boasts a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, and a breakfast nook with pool views. The living area features leather sectional seating and a 70" SMART TV.

For entertainment, the air-conditioned professional arcade room is a standout. Set to free play, it includes an NBA basketball shooting game, Skee-Ball, dual Super Bike racing games, an immersive Transformers experience, and a multi-cade with classics like Pac-Man and Galaga, alongside a professional air hockey table.

Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Windsor Hills amenities, including a zero-entry community pool, water park, fitness center, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, a putting green, and an on-site movie theater. The home is also located right next door to the award-winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course.
