While the building is known for its full amenities, please be advised that the pool is currently closed for maintenance until further notice.

Practical details for your visit include a remote check-in and check-out process for your maximum convenience. Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with check-out at 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures may be available for an additional fee. Valet parking for one vehicle is included in the contract; however, please note that full-size pickup trucks and large SUVs (such as the Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, Wagoneer, or Escalade) cannot be registered. Additional vehicles may utilize valet services for an extra fee.

To maintain the quality of the space, dogs are not allowed in the unit. A minimum contract of one month is required. Please be aware that reservations require at least 24 hours' notice to complete the building administration's documentation and approval process. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit of $300 to $500 is required, or guests may opt for a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $50 to $80 USD.
