The sleeping configuration includes one king-size bed in the primary suite and queen-size beds in the remaining two bedrooms. The primary suite is tastefully decorated and features a walk-in closet, dresser, and a luxe ensuite bathroom with a frameless shower and dual vanity sinks.

For convenient errands, Publix Super Market and Walgreens are both within a half-mile walk or short drive. Other nearby attractions include the Dolphins Plus Bayside and the Florida Keys Wild Bird Center.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum rental age is 25, and all guests must sign a rental agreement. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and parties or unauthorized extra guests are prohibited. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $325 per dog, provided they stay off the furniture; no cats or other pets are permitted. A Baby Bundle (pack-n-play and highchair) is available for $65 per stay upon request. Please note that the boat lift and jetski are not available for guest use. For extended stays of 30 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days at a fee of $250. Guests must use their own accounts for any premium streaming or pay-per-view services.
