• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed subject to approval; a fee of $150 per pet applies for up to 2 small pets
• Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage. No street, sidewalk, or grass parking is permitted to avoid towing. No overnight road parking
• Restrictions: No parties and no smoking; violations are subject to penalty fees
• Additional Details: This is a self-catering home with starter supplies provided. Pool heating and BBQ fees are not included and must be requested 72 hours prior to arrival. Stays of 31+ nights require mandatory additional cleaning and laundry services. A refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required upon identity verification.
