For the little ones, the Princess theme room provides a private castle experience featuring a performance stage and dress-up accessories.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in Windsor Hills, this is the closest resort neighborhood with private pools to Disney World. Unlike other listings that may be miles away through heavy I-4 traffic, Windsor Hills is practically across the street from Disney property, ensuring you reach the parks in no time. Guests also enjoy free and unlimited access to Windsor Hills resort amenities, including water slides, a lagoon-style pool, movie theater, gym, sports courts, pool tables, and a putting and chipping green.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please note a strict vehicle limit of 3 cars per property, though a 4th may be requested via HOA approval. Pool heat is available for $30/day (must be added for the full stay), and grill use is $35 per stay. A starter supply of essentials is provided; guests are responsible for additional toiletries. A $75 service fee applies for retrieving and shipping items left behind.
