Welcome to your home away from home in Windsor Island Resort! This beautifully furnished, spacious getaway is designed for the whole crew, offering an inviting atmosphere for big family reunions and vacations in Davenport, Florida.

This expansive residence features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. Sleeping arrangements include three private suites: Bedroom 1 with a queen bed and private bathroom, Bedroom 2 with a king bed and private bathroom, and Bedroom 3 with a queen bed and private bathroom. For the kids, teens, and cousins, Bedrooms 4, 5, 6, and 7 each provide a full bed plus a twin bed with shared bathrooms.

The heart of the home is a bright, open living and dining area complemented by a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing big family meals. For added convenience, the interior includes a washer and dryer. Step outside to your own private pool and spa, creating a secluded oasis for relaxation. Please note that pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

Guests enjoy full access to the stunning Windsor Island Resort clubhouse. This impressive facility features a zero-entry resort pool, lazy river, dual water slides, a splash pad, poolside bar, arcade, fitness center, playground, and mini golf.

• Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles (2 in the main driveway, 1 in the extended driveway); parking on sidewalks or blue curbs is strictly prohibited
• House Rules: No pets, no smoking indoors, and no parties
• Additional Fees: Resort charges a $10 delivery fee; grill rental is available for a separate fee
