One of the most spectacular features is the private balcony, which is absolutely ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or sipping sunset drinks while taking in the ocean views.

While the structured amenities list is currently being updated, the community offers a wealth of shared experiences. Guests have direct beach access on a peaceful "no-drive" section of the coast. The complex features two oceanfront pools, including one that is seasonally heated, as well as lighted tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts, and a communal clubhouse for socializing.

Additionally, be aware that a restoration project is currently underway on the north-side building at Errol by the Sea. Construction activity may be visible from portions of the property, and guests may experience some construction-related noise during their stay. There is currently no estimated completion date, and we appreciate your understanding as the community improves.
